I’m Mathis, a mathematics enthusiast, aspiring quant researcher, and lifelong learner fascinated by the way ideas connect. My interests span mathematics, artificial intelligence, computer science, and philosophy, but I’m equally drawn to questions that don’t fit neatly into any category.

I created The Random Walk as a space to think out loud, explore unfamiliar territory, and document the evolution of my ideas. I don’t claim to have all the answers. I’m simply curious enough to keep asking questions, challenging assumptions, and following interesting paths wherever they lead.

After all, sometimes the most interesting discoveries happen when you don’t know exactly where you’re going.
